Organize and coordinate product development activities across multiple, geographically distributed teams
Manages 3 or more scrum teams
Manage issues and risks, create mitigation plans and escalate to appropriate stakeholders appropriately.
Assist users and stakeholders with understanding the capabilities and constraints of AEM during requirements-gathering, with support from onsite AEM Lead Developer
Drive release planning sessions
Manage the Jira Issue backlog
Monitor change in product development scope and ensure that development activities are aligned with product priorities

Must Have:
Expertise with Agile. Scrumaster certification a strong plus.
Prior experience as a Software Engineer, QA Engineer or related technical discipline strongly preferred.
Experience with CMS products.
Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to interface with people across multiple organizations, including executive staff.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
BS in computer science or related technical discipline.

Experience:
This person should have 5+yrs experience as a Scrum Master AND 5+yrs experience as a BA if possible. The role requires 50/50 split of their time in each discipline. It is a critical role for this project, so must be a seasoned professional, likely someone who began as a BA, then moved up to Scrum Master/PM.
